These terms describe the conditions of use and the responsibilities of users and NextWorksStudio, the operator of SalamKo.
You must be at least 14 years old to register. Member features require Google or Apple sign-in, registration information and required agreements. Use your own account and update your information when it changes.
Do not impersonate someone else, lend or transfer your account. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.
SalamKo provides prayer times, place information, community features and support for life in Korea. Some features require sign-in. The current service is free and does not offer direct messaging, payments, subscriptions or transaction brokerage.
Maintenance, outages or changes at external providers may interrupt or change some features. We will provide notice of important changes or interruptions where reasonably possible.
Prayer times are reference information based on the selected area and calculation method. Device settings, permissions and power-saving features may delay or prevent reminders. Check guidance from a local mosque or trusted religious organization when needed.
Place information and community proposals may change or be inaccurate. Confirm opening hours, ingredients, preparation methods and halal information directly with the venue before visiting. SalamKo listings do not guarantee a religious ruling or halal certification.
Rights in your writing, photos and other content remain with you or the original rights holder. Upload only content you have the right to share.
You permit SalamKo to store, copy, display and transmit your content and adjust image sizes and formats as needed to operate the service. This does not transfer ownership and is limited to providing and operating the service. The privacy policy and deletion guidance explain processing when content or an account is deleted.
Hate, discrimination, harassment, threats, unlawful or sexually exploitative content, disclosure of another person’s private information, copyright infringement, impersonation, fraud, spam and interference with the service are prohibited. Do not attack others because of their religion or origin.
You can report posts and comments and block users whose content you do not want to see. A report alone does not establish that a violation occurred.
Operators may review reports and available facts and take appropriate action, including hiding or deleting content or restricting an account. Access or visibility may be restricted first when urgent action is needed to prevent harm.
To appeal, use private inquiries in the app or email nextworksstudio@gmail.com with the relevant details and reasons. An operator will review your request. Available access to your information, account deletion and support remains possible during suspension.
Request account deletion in My page or by emailing support. Verification of account ownership may be required. Blocking access after acceptance and deleting associated data are separate steps. See the privacy policy and account deletion guidance for details.
Content belonging to other members and information you provide directly to external services are not all within SalamKo’s control to delete.
You are responsible under applicable law for the content you post and your use of the service. The operator takes reasonable care in providing the service and addressing problems.
External sign-in, map and directions services have their own terms. These terms do not limit statutory user rights or exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law, including applicable liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
We will announce changes to these terms and their effective date and obtain consent where required by law. If you do not agree to a change, you can stop using the service and request account deletion.
